Delivery & Returns.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. The delivery method, cost and estimated timescale are confirmed with you before you place an order.

We do not offer collection — our Dunmurry address is a business address only.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by phone on 07938 044110 and return the goods within a further 14 days.

Goods should be returned unused and in their original condition where possible. Return instructions and the return address are provided when you contact us. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
